Free Running Shoes

are there any kinda special shoes for free running??.....if there are then can u pls give a few examples here and pls provide info on their techno!

As far as I know, the only shoe which is in the market overseas is the K-Swiss Ariake.

I have not tried them one yet, but this is the K-Swiss's website description of the shoe:

"The K-Swiss Ariake is the most supportive Free-Running shoe for moving over, under and through the streets. Traction is achieved with a combination high-grip rubber in the forefoot and durable Aosta rubber outsole in the heel. Stability is maximized by an external heel counter and variable width lacing. Cushioning is achieved with a dual Density CMEVA midsole compound. Durability is enhanced with an extra-padded, seamless forefoot and rubber toe bumper. Leather upper"

Hi - I recently moved a few posts from here as they were not related to free running. Free is running is not running or Nike free, it is similar to Parkour. Only post here if you have anything to contribute towards free running shoes.

bring a styit shoes which is plain cum patchy shoes, by which you can easily run fast and your lag gets tired less.
