Use the toggle to select between traditional (default view) Asics shoe sizing charts, and our custom-calibrated universal sizing convertor. Our universal size convertor allows you to convert a particular Asics size into another size from a dozen brands, including Asics-to-Asics conversions. At the bottom of this page, you’ll find links to our complete set of dynamic sizing convertors. Do note that Asics’ CM/JP sizes do not reflect the foot length in centimeters. Use our dynamic foot length-to-brand size converter for better translation accuracy. Learn more about how we designed our advanced sizing calculators.
Unlike Nike and adidas, Asics maintains separate charts for men’s and women’s sizes. That’s because Asics uses a different translation standard between UK and EU sizes for men and women. Because of this discrepancy, we recommend you use our dynamic sizing converters for greater accuracy.

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR FEET

Place your larger foot on the ruler so that the longest tip of the foot lines up with the ruler markings. Record the CM measurement, with a +- 2 mm variance allowance. The heel should not be pressed hard against the wall; use a light touch. Enter the recorded CM value into our conversion tool.

We recommend getting a brand-name ruler (like Staedtler) from your neighborhood Staples for accurate measurements.
To find out your foot size (we recommend centimeters), place the flat end of a larger ruler against a wall. Wear your running socks, and place the foot over the scale. Add a margin of 2-3 mm, and find the next full or half CM size. In this example, the foot is placed at 27.7 CM marker, so the next full size is 28 CM. That’s the value that select in our tool. For accurate results, do not press your heel against the wall but maintain just the lightest contact. If your left or right foot is larger than the other, use the larger of the two to measure your size.
